Space is limited to 55 participants, first come, first served. Sessions fill up fast so get your application in early!
will confirm your acceptance via email, mail or telephone as soon as we
receive your application and check and no later than May 1st for the May camp and October 1st
for the October camp. If instrument spots fills up before your
application and check reaches us, we will notify you by telephone, mail
or email and automatically assign you to your second instrument choice.
We will then wait list you for your first instrument choice. If camp is
entirely full, you can elect to have us either keep your check should
you get in, or return or destroy your check. We will announce on our
website when enrollment or specific instruments are full.
understand that life happens and things come up that might prohibit you
from attending the camp in which you are enrolled. If you need to
switch sessions, you may do so at no cost, provided you give us at
least 30 days notice prior to the start of camp. This will give us
enough time to fill your space. However, if you decide to switch
sessions 1-30 days before camp starts, you will be charged a $50.00 convenience fee.
you need to cancel altogether and you give us at least 30 days notice
prior to the start of camp, you will be issued a full refund, minus a
$50 application fee. However, if you cancel within 30 days of the start
of camp, you will be charged an additional $50.00 convenience fee on
top of the application fee. Please note that if you are enrolled in the
October session and need to cancel, we can not roll over your
application to a session in 2012 for budget reasons. In this case, we
will give you a refund and ask you to reapply if you want to attend a
camp in 2012.
